The Ultimate Heavy Hitter of the Stark Legacy
Let’s be real for a second—while Tony Stark is the flashy genius in red and gold, James Rhodes is the one who brings the serious firepower to the table. War Machine has always been a fan favorite because he represents the grit and tactical side of the Iron Man universe. For us at the Minifigure Toys brand, a standard grey figure just doesn't do justice to Rhodey’s legacy. We know that as a collector, you’re looking for that "walking tank" aesthetic—the bulky armor, the massive shoulder cannons, and the tactical matte finish that makes War Machine look so formidable.
Our 2026 collection of LEGO-compatible custom figures is designed specifically to fill the gaps that retail sets often leave behind. We aren't talkin’ about basic prints here. We’re talking about independent custom designs that feature high-definition mechanical detailing and accessories that actually fit the character’s military background. If you’re trying to build the ultimate Hall of Armor, you need a War Machine that stands out.
The Classic Mark I: Where the Firepower Started
There’s something special about the original War Machine look from Iron Man 2. Our War Machine minifigure (Mark I version) captures that heavy, industrial vibe perfectly. We’ve focused on the silver-on-grey contrast and, most importantly, the signature shoulder-mounted gatling gun. At our Minifigure Toys brand, we’ve engineered the backpack attachment to be sturdy yet poseable, so you can aim that "Ex-Wife" missile (even if it didn't work in the movie!) exactly where you want it.
The Civil War Mark III: Sleek but Lethal
As the MCU evolved, so did Rhodey’s tech. The Mark III suit from Civil War is a personal favorite for many because of its more streamlined, aerodynamic look. Our 2026 custom design features improved torso printing that highlights the arc reactor housing and the reinforced plating. We’ve also included his iconic batons for those close-quarter combat displays. It’s a clean, professional-looking figure that bridges the gap between a soldier and a superhero.
Iron Patriot: The Bold Alternative
Sometimes you need a little color in the armory. The Iron Patriot minifigure variant is a standout piece for anyone who loves the Iron Man 3 aesthetic. We used a vibrant red, white, and blue metallic finish that really pops on a display shelf. The level of detail on the stars and stripes printing is something we’re incredibly proud of at our Minifigure Toys brand. It’s the perfect way to add some patriotic flair to your Iron Man universe collection.
War Machine Buster: The Heavy Support
For the massive battles, a standard minifigure just isn't enough. Our 2026 lineup includes "Big Fig" style War Machine custom sets that mirror the bulkiness of the Hulkbuster but with Rhodey’s signature weaponry. These are built for the collectors who love a centerpiece for their diorama. The textured rock-grey plastic and oversized cannons make it clear that this isn't just a toy—it’s a tactical powerhouse.
