Setting Sail with the Straw Hat Crew
Let’s be honest—One Piece is more than just an anime; it’s an epic journey that’s been part of our lives for over two decades. Whether you’re a fan of the high-stakes battles or the unbreakable bond of the crew, there’s something special about seeing your favorite pirates sitting on your shelf. At our Minifigure Toys brand, we’ve noticed that fans are moving away from generic statues and looking for something more interactive. That’s where our 2026 LEGO-compatible custom figures come in.
We aren't talking about those basic, flat-printed blocks you see everywhere. We’ve spent months tweaking our independent custom designs to make sure the Straw Hats look exactly like they just stepped off the Thousand Sunny. If you’re looking to build the ultimate pirate fleet on your desk, our 2026 collection is the perfect place to start. Let’s dive into the heavy hitters of this wave.
Roronoa Zoro: The Three-Sword Style Master
You can't have a Straw Hat collection without the right-hand man. Our Zoro minifigure is easily one of our most detailed pieces. We didn’t just give him one sword; we made sure he has his signature three-sword setup. For the 2026 version, we’ve perfected his green haramaki and that determined, battle-hardened expression. At our Minifigure Toys brand, we know it’s the hair and the scars that make Zoro who he is, so we ensured the custom hair mold and facial printing are as sharp as Shusui itself.
Monkey D. Luffy: The Future Pirate King
Luffy is the heart of the show, and his figure needs to reflect that endless energy. Our Luffy minifigure features his iconic red vest and straw hat (which is a custom-molded piece, by the way). What’s really cool about this 2026 design is the dual-sided face print—you can have him in his classic wide-eyed grin or his serious "Gear" mode for battle scenes. He’s the anchor of any One Piece display, and he looks incredible leading the crew.
Sanji: The Wings of the Pirate King
Next up is the cook of the crew, Sanji. Our Sanji minifigure highlights his sleek, black-suit aesthetic and that signature blonde hairstyle. We’ve even included custom leg printing to represent his "Diable Jambe" look. At our Minifigure Toys brand, we pay attention to the small things—like the swirl in his eyebrow and the way his suit fits. He’s the perfect tactical addition to round out the "Monster Trio" on your shelf.
The Rest of the Straw Hats: Nami, Usopp & Chopper
A crew isn't a crew without everyone else. Our collection includes the weather-controlling Nami, the brave (eventually) Usopp with his slingshot, and the adorable Tony Tony Chopper. We’ve used custom molds for Chopper to keep his size accurate compared to the other figures. These characters bring so much color and personality to a display, making the whole set feel complete.

Why Trust Minifigure Toys?
Look, we’re fans ourselves. We know the frustration of getting a figure that feels flimsy or has a bad paint job. That’s why every custom minifigure from our Minifigure Toys brand is checked for 100% compatibility with your existing bricks. We focus on the stuff that actually matters—vibrant colors, durable plastic, and designs that actually do justice to the source material.

The 2026 One Piece wave is moving fast, and these pirates don't stay in port for long. If you’re ready to complete your crew and bring the adventure home, now is the time to act.
